What do I do if I have a few garments with special instructions?
You can put those items in a separate bag with a note indicating the special instructions and place that bag inside the laundry bag to be picked up.
What time should I leave my laundry out by?
Our drivers start their routes as early as 7:00a and may continue making pickups and drop-offs into the evening. Please be aware that our drivers may contact you from their personal cell phone.
Where is laundry left for pickup/drop off?
To ensure the safety of your packages, we suggest that your pickup/drop-off location be protected from the elements. This can be your front or back porch, for example. In case of bad weather, we will contact you for further instructions on your account.
Can I add special instructions for my laundry?
Yes. Under the section "Special Request Info/Notes" on the order form is where you can add any additional information.
I need extra bags, how do I get them?
If you require extra laundry bags, please send an email to simplisortedliving@gmail.com and indicate the quantity you'd like. Each bag is priced at $6, and you'll receive an invoice for your order.
Do I have to use Simpli Sorted Laundry bags?
No, if you choose not to purchase and use our laundry bags, please use a trash bag that is between 12-16 gallons.
Is there a way that I can be reminded to leave my laundry out for pickup?
Yes. You can choose to received reminders by email or text the day before your pickup is scheduled.
What if my laundry doesn't fit in my bag?
We charge per 13-gallon bag We bill per 13-gallon bag, so anything beyond that might lead to an extra bag fee. To avoid this, make sure your bag is tightly sealed with no loose items sticking outside of the bag.
